  • The Meet & Greet visit allows you to meet a Senior Pet Care Professional, introduce them to your pet(s), and communicate your needs. During this visit, please provide all care instructions for your pet as well as other instructions and expectations, such as home access procedures, location of supplies (leashes, litter boxes, waste disposal bins, etc.), diet, helpful tips and recommendations about your pet(s) mannerisms and personality traits as well as any other information needed to give quality service. Our Senior Pet Care Professional will also answer questions and help you better understand our service.

    Whenever changes occur in your service needs, such as adding a new pet, moving to a new residence, changes in medicinal routines, or optional meetings, a Meet & Greet visit may be scheduled. These visits are designed to update important information about your pets or home care instructions.

  • If you do not have a keyless entry or a lockbox, this fee will be charged to each service.

  • A Pet Care Professional will administer medication to your pet according to your instructions. There are no fees for the administration of medication. We ask that you please provide clear instructions for all medications. We will go ahead and administer it according to your instructions.

  • We provide pet care 365 days a year. Company holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. A Holiday Fee of $15 per scheduled visit will be added to your invoice. This fee is paid directly to your Pet Care Professional to compensate them for working on the holiday.

  • If any special services are requested or needed, such as shopping for food or supplies, pet taxi, etc., your invoice will include any expenses incurred and an added fee of $35 per 30 minutes of time provided.

  • If this service is needed, your invoice will include any expenses incurred and an added fee of $60 per 60 minutes provided. We ask the vet or animal hospital to bill you directly.

  • To avoid any delay in care for your pet(s) or any additional fees, please ensure that your lockbox, doors, and locks are functioning properly and that we have the updated codes for all devices and updated keys. If your Pet Care Professional cannot access your house to care for your pet due to non-functioning locks, faulty keyless entry systems, broken or non-functioning lockboxes, or other items related to you providing acceptable home access, we will call a locksmith to gain entry. We will only go through these steps if there no other resource is available, such as an emergency contact, to provide care and needed support to a pet.

    The actual locksmith fee of $175 or more will be added to your invoice. We will also add any waiting time required from your Pet Care Professional.

  • When pet care visits require longer than the service requested or when unexpected situations arise that require more time and attention from a Pet Care Professional, your visit service length will be adjusted. You will be charged for the added time.
