“This is by far the best pet service I've ever encountered. They are very state-of-the-art in terms of online scheduling, tracking payments, visits and reporting. We are out of the country for a week and it gives us great comfort to get twice-daily reports with pictures. Our cats are difficult and messy and the sitters are taking care of everything.”

“We just started using Becky's Pet Care this year - the initial meet and greet visit was very thorough, and I appreciated that the notes from the meet and greet were posted on our profile. Excellent transparency. Our senior cat requires medication, no one at the service blinked an eye, they handle that all the time. Instructions were also logged in our profile so any/all caregivers could see. We tried a short weekend away first, were very pleased. Then we took a full week's vacation, and are now huge fans. We enjoy the online journals and photos of our cat, which include time-stamping and any concerns. Changing the length of the trip was super easy using the online scheduling, and when I've called the office, they've been very responsive.”
