Getting Started With Becky’s Pet Care Service
Becky’s Pet Care strives to reflect a blend of professionalism and Tender Loving Care in our business operations, so our clients enjoy maximum convenience and their pets enjoy maximum fun during the course of our “Partners in Care” relationship.
Once you are registered as a client (see below) and provided keys through our preferred lockbox option – or our KeyOnFile system – you can start making Reservations. For our clients who prefer electronic communication, our Reservation system is completely automated for round-the-clock service. If telephone communication is preferred, our office is staffed 7 days a week to assist you.
All new clients must schedule a registration appointment prior to the first service. This “meet and greet” allows you and your pet to spend one-on-one time with a Pet Care Professional and communicate your pet’s needs directly to him or her. The Pet Care Professional will carefully note all care instructions for your pet. We store this information in our database for future reference, so please remember to update us on any status changes.
During the registration process, we provide you with a written service agreement including your program details and comprehensive cost estimates, so you have all pertinent service information up front. There is a one-time $20 registration fee.
Becky’s Pet Care recommends that clients maintain keys in a home-based lockbox. We can provide a lockbox for a $35 deposit or you can purchase one of your own preference. Lockboxes must be accessible by combination and can be kept in a location of your choice (i.e. door handle, porch railing, hose bib, etc.) where it will remain in your full control.
Becky’s reservation system is completely automated, providing our web-friendly clients with a quick and easy means of making service requests. Of course, you can reach us by phone 7 days a week.

Peace of Mind
Becky’s Pet Care provides peace of mind to clients while they are away from their pets in a number of ways. Our pet care providers are caring, skilled professionals who deliver the best pet care. We also have animal specialists on staff who can provide specific pet and breed advice if needed. All employees receive in-depth field training before starting on their own and we provide free, quarterly Pet First Aid and CPR certification classes to employees as part of their on-going training, so they are skilled in emergency pet care. After each visit, employees fill out and leave a report card of their time with your pet so you are informed about your pet’s day. Becky’s Pet Care is licensed, bonded and insured with both worker’s compensation and liability insurance.
